Live in Action – The VZ 950 TITAN at the RecyclingAKTIV show
At the first glimpse visitors can already tell the essential difference to the already known version of the VZ 950 TITAN, which is used for shredding cars, scrap and light metal. The newly designed machine can forgo the cross belt and over band magnet which are standard for the previous model. Instead, a laterally and height-adjustable permanent magnet is now fitted as standard for effective FE separation above the discharge belt. This version was especially developed for processing of waste, waste wood, green waste and minerals.
At RecyclingAKTIV, the VZ 950 TITAN will show interested visitors what happens when rootstocks, truck and tractor tyres as well as concrete railway sleepers and other coarse demolition elements are being confronted with a twin-shaft shredder with 768 horse power. Thanks to the large-volume shredding unit, the revolutionary shaft system with quick-change cassette and a new innovative control system with predefined shredding profiles, these materials have to give in. In addition to its performance, ARJES promises potential customers maximum mobility on site thanks to the standard track system. Therefore, ARJES continues to adhere to its strategy of „building the ultimate shredders with the best price-performance ratio“.
Of course, the well-known ARJES IMPAKTOR 250 EVO will also be there again. In particular, the combination of track system and hook lift as well as the quick-change shaft system attracted a great deal of attention from visitors at bauma 2019. At the exhibition grounds in Karlsruhe at the stand F434/F436 of ARJES’ sales partners – Kurz Aufbereitungsanlangen and Moerschen Mobile Aufbereitung GmbH – it is possible to experience the IMPAKTOR 250 EVO in action and to convince oneself in the recycling of valuable mineral raw materials of this pre-shredder.
