Flottweg SE

Xtra performance with less consumption

At IFAT 2022, with a focus on the core topics of environment and recycling, Flottweg SE will present the most innovative solutions in the field of sludge dewatering and thickening as well as industrial wastewater processing and oil sludge recycling.

Specially designed for high-level dewatering of sewage sludge, the Xelletor series is the fair‘s central exhibit: with Xtra performance and less consumption, the Xelletor delivers the most economical solution for sewage sludge dewatering and has heralded a new generation of decanter centrifuges since its launch in 2018.

Efficient and powerful:

The Xelletor series

Sewage sludge dewatering offers enormous savings potential for wastewater treatment plant operators: The lower the sludge volume, the lower the cost of transportation and disposal. Thus, an efficient sludge dewatering system is the decisive criterion for reducing operating costs. Flottweg‘s Xelletor series has been achieving impressive results since its launch in 2018, 4 years ago:

Xtra dewatering capacity: An increase in dry matter content in the dewatered sludge of up to 2 % reduces sludge volume by up to 10 %*

Xtra polymer saving: up to 20 %* less flocculant required

Xtra energy saving: Up to 20 %* reduction in energy consumption

Xtra clean: The separation efficiency is over 99 %

Xtra capacity: up to 15 %* more throughput
