PFREUNDT as an exhibitor on site – digital weighing technology for every process step

PFREUNDT is also using the trade fair to present its digital weighing solutions for the waste disposal and recycling industry. This is because the precise recording of material flows is crucial in the industry, whether for billing by weight or for the resale of sorted materials.

PFREUNDT offers weighing solutions for the collection, sorting, processing, and transport of materials. The portfolio includes weighing technology for almost every machine and vehicle – from roll-off and skip loaders to wheel loaders, telescopic loaders, and front loaders to cranes, excavators, forklifts, and conveyor belts. This is complemented by software solutions that enable central recording and further processing of weighing data.

Vehicle weighing directly in the PFREUNDT web portal

A highlight at the trade fair stand is the PFREUNDT vehicle weighing software, which is fully integrated into the web portal. This allows vehicle scales to be operated directly from the web portal for the first time – without additional interfaces or separate software. All recorded data, such as weights, signatures, or camera images, are transmitted in real time and are immediately available for further processing.

At IFAT, visitors can see how it works step by step on a demo system. This consists of a model of a vehicle scale, a self-service terminal, and a camera for load and license plate recognition. The recording and immediate data transfer to the web portal can also be experienced live.

WK60 skip scale rental model – flexible and without high investment costs

As a second innovation, PFREUNDT is presenting the rental model for the WK60 skip scale. The rental package includes a conformity-assessed scale, installation by a PFREUNDT service technician, and access to the web portal. All service calls and replacement parts are covered during the three-year term. Companies benefit from predictable monthly costs, precise weight control to prevent overloading, and transparent billing directly on site.
