Doppstadt launches new product line: Core Line with top price-performance ratio
07.07.2025Robust shredding technology combined with a top price-performance ratio: this is the new Core Line from Doppstadt Umwelttechnik GmbH. It is Doppstadt's targeted response to the wishes and requirements of its customers for particularly economical, robust and ready-to-use solutions. The first machines in the Core Shredder Line series are now available internationally. Further developments are already being planned to expand the product line.

“The new Core Line delivers exactly what is needed on the market: simple, robust technology for the desired application,” says Thomas Authmann, Area Sales Manager at Doppstadt Umwelttechnik GmbH. “Designed for companies that need reliable technology and proven service, the machines in our Core Line are ready for immediate use and particularly economical.”
The Core Line complements the existing portfolio of the established Smart Line and the MMPC brand and rounds off the Doppstadt range in a targeted manner. The new line starts with the Core Shredder Line, which has been developed for universal use in a wide range of applications.
The machines are characterised by a particularly robust construction and are designed for demanding materials such as construction and demolition waste, waste wood, tyres, scrap metal or green waste. Thanks to the two-shaft quick-change system, the shredding units can be adapted flexibly and quickly - depending on the area of application and material type. Customers can choose from a wide range of specially developed shaft types such as concrete, paddle, star or metal shafts.

Core Shredder Line offers solutions for every need
The Core Shredder Line comprises three machine types designed for different performance requirements: The CoreShred 250 is the ideal solution for smaller quantities of material. Thanks to its compact design, it is ideal for use in confined spaces. In the medium performance class, the CoreShred 800 impresses with high efficiency and a wide range of applications. For particularly demanding industrial applications, the CoreShred 900 in the heavy-duty class offers maximum performance and endurance.

The machines are manufactured by a qualified Doppstadt system partner. Customers benefit fully from the usual Doppstadt service: training, professional after-sales support and an international sales and service network ensure reliable operation and long-term investment security.
With the new Core Line, Doppstadt is setting a strong example for particularly user-orientated, economical machine solutions. The development of further models within the line is already being planned – always focussing on robust technology, ease of use and a convincing price-performance ratio.
