TRENNSO-TECHNIK®

Tailored process technology for demanding recycling applications

How can material streams be processed to achieve defined purity levels while ensuring economically efficient operation? This question has guided the engineering work of TRENNSO-TECHNIK® for many years. At IFAT 2026, visitors can explore the company’s expertise in plant engineering and process technology.

Every project begins with a detailed analysis of the input material and the customer’s specific requirements. Parameters such as particle size distribution, density differences, impurity content, moisture levels and the required product quality determine the process configuration. Based on these factors, TRENNSO-TECHNIK® develops complete process solutions ranging from compact units to large-scale processing lines, precisely tailored to material characteristics and performance targets.

Depending on the application, different process steps are combined, including dosing, milling, windsifting, screening, magnetic separation, density separation, conveying and filtration. A key strength of TRENNSO-TECHNIK® lies in the precise integration of these process stages and an engineering approach consistently focused on the desired outcome.

Another advantage is the high level of in-house manufacturing at the production site in Weißenhorn. Components and assemblies are produced internally, ensuring consistent quality, reliable project execution and the flexibility to respond quickly to specific customer requirements.

Plant design is supported by integrated engineering and CAD systems that allow structural conditions to be considered early and interfaces to be clearly defined. This increases transparency and planning reliability for all project partners.

The company’s test center plays a central role in process development. Materials are tested under industrial operating conditions, providing a reliable basis for performance projections and final plant design.

At the TST booth, visitors can expect expert discussions on efficient recycling solutions as well as insights into ongoing developments in individual process steps and components that open up new possibilities for future plant concepts.

TRENNSO-TECHNIK® demonstrates how engineering expertise, experience and proven technologies combine to deliver tailored solutions with reliable performance in daily operation.
