EUROPRESS Umwelttechnik GmbH
Efficient pressing technology for challenging materialsEuropress Umwelttechnik is once again exhibiting at IFAT this year, presenting innovative solutions in the field of pressing and conveying technology – with a particular focus on challenging materials such as synthetic mineral fibers (SMF).
The centerpiece of the exhibition in Hall B5 is the stationary channel baler HP 120 V5 H3. With a pressing force of 120 t, it is designed for high throughput and reliable compaction of a wide variety of materials. The machine features 5-point vertical binding and 3-point horizontal binding, producing particularly stable and dimensionally stable bales. This is complemented by integrated pre-press flaps that enable effective pre-compaction of the material, thereby increasing the system’s overall performance. A needle slot cover also ensures additional operational safety and fewer wire breaks.
Another focus is on digitalization: With the “EP:Insight” app, Europress is introducing a solution that offers users detailed insights into the production data of their channel baler. Machine status, performance metrics, and optimization potential can thus be monitored and evaluated in real time – a clear added value for operators who want to make their processes more efficient.
In the outdoor exhibition area, Europress will showcase, among other things, the hook-lift mobile channel baler EP Mobil 60 V5. This flexible solution is particularly suitable for changing locations and enables cost-effective compaction directly on-site – a decisive advantage for mobile construction sites.
A central theme of the trade show presentation is the compaction of AMF. Due to their structure and properties, artificial mineral fibers place special demands on the compaction process. Europress offers a special equipment kit for this purpose, which can be installed on both stationary and mobile balers. This enables virtually fiber-free compaction and thus contributes significantly to reducing emissions and improving workplace safety.
With this holistic approach combining high-performance technology, digital support, and specialized application expertise, Europress will showcase practical solutions at IFAT 2026 for the challenges of modern recycling and waste management processes. Visitors are invited to see the systems firsthand and discuss their individual requirements with the experts.
