Volume sorting with maximum accuracy

Packed with numerous new developments, the STEINERT PLASMAX | LIBS is the solution for high-purity separation of aluminium alloys in large volumes. With a processing capacity of 5 – 11 t/h per meter of sorting width, purities of over 95 % and 3 material outputs, the new sorting system enables efficient processing of high-quality aluminium scrap.

The innovative multi-spot analysis guarantees optimised detection with multiple laser detection points. The STEINERT PLASMAX | LIBS combines these and other new features on the proven STEINERT KSS platform – a perfect symbiosis that promises highest quality and reliability. STEINERT‘s presence at IFAT in Munich offers exciting insights into this and other sorting solutions for the recycling industry.
